Our varied cuisine offers honest, authentic dishes from Austria and Italy, as well as delicacies and seasonal specialities from North and South Tyrol, prepared always ardently with the best available products.

All our dishes are home-made and hand-produced, we care about sustainable, seasonal and mainly regional purchase of ingredients, from producers who not only share our vision for quality but knowingly practise it in their own lives.

Let us pamper your body and soul e.g. with fine antipasti from Italy, the best hand-made, stone-baked pizza, homemade varieties of pasta, steaks of organic quality from the local Ötztaler butchers Kuprian and burger variations with homemade village bread made specially for our restaurant.

In addition to all these delicacies we naturally serve the Austrian classics also, which must not be missed – always fresh and homemade:

Native trout cooked in every imaginable style, other types of fish from Tyrol’s lakes and mountain streams, Tyrolean savoury pancakes stuffed with ‘grey’ cheese, succulent beef goulash, obligatory fried dumplings, Viennese cutlets (“Wiener Schnitzel”) tossed in butter, hearty roast beef with onions and mashed potatoes, and of course every imaginable type of savoury pancakes and dumplings –THE Tyrolean contribution to the Austrian national cuisine.
